Not enough pressure during the visit. Otherwise, my experience was good. Therapist was very nice.

I had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment start time. Unfortunately, my therapist thought the session was over. I think she forgot my session start at 20 minutes later. But Jess is always excellent and realized when I corrected her that it was not over. Also, my temperature was not taken when I got to the establishment.

As we embark on a new normal with high safety on covid, it should be a company role to give a therapist more time to clean in between session rather than cut the session short but starting session later and ending it early. This was not her fault however the pressure placed on her.

The massage therapist is not one I used regularly and despite explaining to her what my needs were she failed to relax and relieve my stress that is why. I will go back because my regular therapist starts work again this week so my next appointment is with her. I also feel that $100 for an 80 minute massage is too high. It should be 79.99 or so.

The person in originally booked was not available so my therapist was changed. I arrived early and had to fill out paperwork again as they said they did not get my emailed paperwork. I had to call in from parking lot 15 min after my appointment was scheduled. The receptionist never checked me in. I only got a 25 min massage. The manager comped my massage. It was handled well.

There wasn’t a chair in the massage room for me to sit to take off my shoes/clothes.

I had no issues regarding my Hand and Stone experience other than the timeliness of the appointment, which was 10 minutes behind schedule. I completely understand this delay because of new procedures so no worries!

I had booked an appointment with Jane. I ended up somehow getting a different massage therapist. There were no other openings for the day so I kept the appointment. But this was not the first time they switched people for me. When I book with a specific person that’s the person I want.

I signed up for the membership a few weeks ago. At that time I booked my first appointment which was their first available a few weeks later! I was never told I would have to pay for my first one! I am upset about this.
