I dont believe I marked that I was highly unsatisfied however, with paying the membership price, I was surprised to have to pay for the service yesterday. I was under the impression that the monthly fee covered this.

The product used felt very thick and greasy. My therapist was unavailable so I had to be assigned another person.

I was highly satisfied with my facial and the massage. In between the appointments I was forgotten. I waited 15 minutes and in my robe had to go out to the front desk to ask? They made a mistake and forgot to notify the therapist that I was there. I had my massage, which was exceptional, and it was cut short due to their error. I thought it felt short and as i dressed I realized that it. I had to ask for a discount. I received an acceptable discount. But I was not happy because the waiting took away from the relaxation I desperately needed. And why was my massage cut short as a result of their mistake? I did not walk away feeling better which is why I booked both appointments together. It was a mistake....but it was also a disappointment.

I was satisfied with my visit but i can only make a appointment maybe a week or two ahead of time and not a month. Also with summer coming I have weekend commitments so will not be able to keep for the summer and go to. The winter is more convenient also because I am not as active and muscle get sore.

When the appointment was made, the facial was added because the price would be an additional $10.00 to the massage price of $59.95. However, when I went to pay I was charged an additional $59.95 for the facial. This is false advertising.

Did not get 50 minutes of time. Nothing wrong. She was fine.

Pressure of massage was light. It was a relaxing massage but not very therapeutic to problem area.

I enjoyed my massage and therapist was very nice and did a great massage. My only complaint is that their were loud voices in hallway, my have been customers.

I tried for three weeks to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Everytime I tried to book online, I would receive a call that the time was not available. Even when I tried to book a time that I was previously told was available, it wasn’t. Very frustrating!
