Hand and Stone

First time there. Just getting to know the therapists. I liked Massage Envy before they went out of business. We routinely used the couples room without an upcharge. They also had a nice room, separate from the entry way that was quiet, contained tea and water so you could get prepared before the massage started. I also had gotten to know a couple therapists there that became my favorites. I'll have to try a few at Hand and Stone. Sarah was good but would definitely call her a favorite.

I wish more time was spent on my neck ad shoulders as asked and not so much my back

It does not improve the refresh ness of skin

Therapist did not spend much time or effort on the area I requested specific attention to.

I tried a new massage therapist when mine was leaving and they were not compatible with me

Had pain during massage and sore the next day

I was hoping for more work done on my neck and lower back.

Everything with the therapist was fantastic, I find it difficult to get set up with a new membership and the pressure to tip on something that was gifted is not a great way to end the visit. It would be nice if the expected tips were included in a membership visit so you’re just in and out and don’t have to worry about stopping at the desk.

Convenient to my home... massage and facial were very relaxing

I feel that the add ons, like the hot stones or salt stones are a little expensive. I also am not positive my massage lasted a full hour this time. Otherwise, I am a very happy customer and will be returning!
