I love this location because they now know me and the personal touch makes all the difference.

I find the cost to be a little high compared to other local places. The room/bed was a little cold. I think aromatherapy should be included.

My regular therapist was not available and the pressure was not as deep as I would have liked it to be for a deep tissue massage. The therapist also did not ask me how the pressure was during the massage. Also, I am not thrilled with your add-on procedure. You charge more for an add on, but do not add time to the session. I feel you are taking 10 mins away for my service, to charge another $10-15. I never choose to add on because of this.

The only reason I wasn’t highly satisfied is because there is discrepancy in treatments. I enjoyed my time spent with different aestheticians equally. However, they had different opinions about what my skin needs.

I feel the price is a little high for a lip waxing.

The experience is good but you often have to book at least a week in advance and that is difficult with my schedule. Also it is fairly expensive with add on after add on etc. Although pricing was explained I do sometimes feel like I am at a builder looking at a model then realize that everything I like is an upgrade

The therapist talked non stop. It wasn’t relaxing at all That was one thing I put on my check in list.
