I asked the therapist for deeper pressure which she did for only a short time, and I asked her to work on my left SI joint area and she spent more time on the right side.

I do not normally have facials or massages done. I really don’t have any other place to compare my visit to. This was a gift. I did like it better than I thought I would. It was a nice treat!

The reception staff is just satisfactory. My massage therapist, Yentl is amazing !!

I wasn't too impressed with the lavender aroma therapy add on. I thought it was not worth the price. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

The metal taste in my mouth from one treatment was a bit unsettling. My skin felt a bit oily when I left. Face towels weren’t hot enough.

Would like to be able to apply my credits to product again. Would also like more detail in reception area on product safety and sustainability.

I have a membership for nearly two years and the availability to book a massage is not there.

The front desk appeared to be understaffed for a Saturday so the wait was a little longer than anticipated and my therapist didn't ask if I had any health issues they should have been made aware of before beginning.

The lady I had was amazing, she explained what areas my skin needed help with including what I can do on my own to help my skin. The only thing I have to complain about is the price, paying $100 for a facial is a little crazy but overall I was happy with my experience.
