Hand and Stone

I wanted a deep tissue massage, but I was hurting afterwards. I understand this, but it seemed more than usual.

I am satisfied with my exerience at hand and stone massage.

The therapist’s technique was mediocre. Often times it seemed as though she was rubbing rather than massaging.

I tried to book online and it kicked me off several times and i finally had to call. And the appts i was seeing online didn’t match what was actually available. The esthetician never offered me any products to keep this going. Or suggested any products. The facial was great and i was pleased with the results.

Two minor issues: In the waiting area, there were limited reading materials. Usually there is a selection of national magazines to read while waiting. In the facial room, there was no robe to put on as all were in the wash. So I was given a towel to drape over my chest. It worked but not what I expect when I get a facial.

They say to arrive 10-15 minutes early, but did not get to go back until after my appt time started. Waited five minutes after the start of my appt.

Both massage and facial duration were shorter than what they were supposed to be.

My main concern was for clogged pores and I felt she missed a lot of areas. I also left feeling greasy

Nicole is extremely friendly. She asked where the areas were that needed the most help. She has a thunder machine which I really love be and find relaxing.

My therapist Gina, as always, is just wonderful! She knows exactly what I like & knows what I need. This was my first time with this location, so both myself & the other staff members need to get acquainted as to what I as a customer need & expect. Overall a good visit & as always will recommend Hand & Stone to others:)
