Everything was nice. I wish aromatherapy was offered at a more reasonable price.

I would probably need multiple visits to be able to relieve most of my achy areas so in truth the therapist did an excellent job but I would need to come back frequently to get rid of all the pain due to my nature of work.

I was very frustrated at how many times my appointment was changed. I was also lied to by the receptionist which made it very awkward. I will not be going back due to how unprofessional the scheduling is.

I think a few of the therapists concentrate too much on massaging the actual lymph node areas too long, like the neck. It almost gets uncomfortable. More than one therapist does this.

I think the massage room might be too small. My therapist kept bumping/banging into it with her body/feet?

It’s expensive so I can’t go often. Maybe only a few times a year. And after paying for a massage you are expected to leave a tip.

The first therapist was lacked bedside manners. The massage was the worst one I had ever had in my multiple of years of membership. Once I talked with the manager, she resolved the situation very respectfully to myself and to her employee and paired me with a wonder therapist!

I just wasn’t happy with my message therapist, not s good massage like I’m used to getting. Also when she messaged my face her hands were very dry & rough. It just wasn’t a good experience. Rosemary was a nice person, but wasn’t relaxing if what I needed. I was disappointed.
