My therapist was very nice and she did a good job. I book online and it appears that there are not many therapists on staff. For a massage after 2 or 3 pm, there are only 2 options and they are booked. I usually have to plan around the therapists and even then it is booked up. I have been thinking of leaving for this reason. Plus my favorite therapist left, that is the cherry on the top of the cake.

I felt that although he was very kind he seemed inexperienced. Massage wasn't that good

My massage therapists keep leaving for other jobs. I am wondering why they do not stay at this location or with this company.

I think being highly satisfied would mean it was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had, from start to finish. I was very highly impressed and satisfied with Dylan. He was awesome and helped work out a problem area I’ve had for weeks.

I used two packages so roughly $120. to add dermabrasion and rejuvenating moisturizer. Although my skin felt soft I still had a lot of clogged pores on my chin. I am not talking about the milia because I realize they are not able to be treated but usually the little blocked pores are gone after a facial. I would’ve thought that especially with all that was done would’ve taken care of this problem.

The linens were mildewed and smell was bad. The sheets were damp. I'd appreciate having more cleanly rooms

My only complaint was when I made appointments in advance due to the schedule of the therapist I sometimes forgot. It would have been nice to get alerts.

I wasn't too overly thrilled with massage, but the facial was fantastic. She did an excellent job

I always find it challenging to get appointments in the time frame I need them. I usually have only small windows of time open for personal care, due to my job.
