1. When we walked in for our appointment we were told we didnt have one scheduled. (mix up with facials vs massage appointments) 2. Trying to be upsold once in the room when non of the "extras" were checked off the paper 3. If there were certain areas the therapist felt I needed more work, maybe next time just recommend that area instead of a full body - recommendations & education is a good way to get clients back in to work on problem areas & fix problem areas.

For a college student, I think the membership price is high. Something I would not be able to continue after a while. The exceptions to the package, how even with a membership, there are still added costs to see things is silly to me. Considering I am paying a membership fee, I didn't think that some things would still not fall under the category of a 'package' and then be an added cost

I really do not like the aromatherapy/scents you have going on all over. It's really overkill and absolutely unnecessary.

I always feel as if I am being up sold every step. I appreciate being given recommendations or an evaluation, but ever y time I have had a facial it feels like up selling. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable however so it is not enough to send me elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and professional. The service was satisfactory. I just happened to be quite sore going into the massage and I don’t feel one treatment was going to solve it. My therapist usually does ask if the pressure is adequate, he just happened not to this visit.

I was overall satisfied the day of appointments. Played phone tag while trying to set up appointment, and I needed my gift cards on hand; and it was a hassle carting them around while waiting for a return phone call. Don't know many places that require you to give your gift card numbers before the appointment.

Just feel that if your advertising an hour massage it should be 60minutes if you get no extras. Also if it is a 50 minute massage it should be 50. And should start when therapist starts working on you. I arrive 15 minutes early. My appointment was at 9pm did not go back to the room till 9:05
