Hand and Stone

I was aggravated with the upselling of the massage. Even though I said no 3 times, I finally agreed to the salt one for $30 extra even though it wasn’t what I wanted, simply just to get started. It wasn’t at all what I expected nor what I wanted. On the flip side, extra packaged I purchased for my facial were amazing.

The massage oil is too greasy. Even though I use the towel to wipe some off, I can’t Remove enough that I can go about my day. Two times my hair was so oily that I had to go home and wash it before I could do errands.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience this time because one of my add one was forgotten. They did resolve the problem and were very apologetic. I will definitely be back!

The actual massage and friendliness of the therapist were phenomenal. The 1 thing I didn’t agree with is my apt was for 9pm, the therapist didn’t start until at least 9:07 and then was done at 9:51. I feel as though she should have went until 9:57 because it was a 50 minute massage. This may be something that is protocol and how it usually is done but in my own opinion I feel as though the undressing time should not be included in the 50 minutes. Other than that I was highly satisfied.

I wanted to have an 80 minute massage at the same time as my husband and there was no availability

I enjoyed the facial experience. It was very relaxing, friendly and I felt the benefits to my face. It’s alwaus clean and very pleasant there, as well.

Honestly my only issue is with the music. I feel like it is the same repetious sound each time I go. I know you have to be selective but I also know there are different soothing sounds to play.

It is a hit or miss. Some of the therapists are good, some are not good. So far I have had more not great, than great. The one I had last night was better than most, but I have had better at other places.

In the treatment room next door there was loud banging noise. When I asked the therapist what it was, she said the therapist next door must be cleaning her masssge stones. And added “it should stop shortly. “ it did but I feel that the protocol for this stone cleaning needs to be addressed.

Massage seemed somewhat rushed, maybe because later appointment (9pm). Pressure was good but there were times it felt rough with no smooth transition froom body part to body part.
