I was upset that the cost of the service was beyond the monthly membership and this was not shared with me prior to me going into the appointment so that I could determine if I wanted to add-on services and use up another package credit instead of paying the extra $30. I was highly satisfied with my experience in terms of my esthetician's demeanor, willingness to answer questions and accommodate my needs during the session. The orientation of new members to the details of the program could be improve. Perhaps sitting down one-on-one to describe all of their options would be helpful. I was very unhappy with the fact that I had to pay $30 more unexpectedly and could not apply the rest of one credit toward add-ons to services I have scheduled for February (especially considering I wasn't aware of this part of my membership).

I was unaware when scheduling that a couple's massage was an increased price. Secondly, there was no music in the massage room until after the therapist began and then he turned it on. I was hoping there would have been more aromatherapy as an extra service. What I had was nice but it would have been nice to have that scent of lavendar on my skin.

Ive had massages at other spas and I felt that this one was average. The products used were ok, nothing special. In general everything was fine, but nothing special. I received a gift card for a hot stone massage also, so we will see if that experience is above average.

I put on the form too focus on upper back and hip/leg area. He did hit these areas but equal time all over. Would have liked a little more focus and deeper on these 2 areas.

When I called to reschedule the receptionist sounded unsure about what times would work. I had to say that she should check and see what times were there. She used ‘maybe’ and ‘I think so’.

My therapist told me she was suffering from allergies and she stopped multiple times to blow her nose. She did wash her hands every time, which I appreciated. While I was understanding of her situation it took away from my paid service.

I did not like some of the ways that my therapist did my massage. The room was slightly cold. I would love if there was a pleasant relaxing scent in the room.

I was very satisfied with my experience.

Not equal time spent on each side of body. No concentration on one problem area mentioned. Too much "rote" massage techniques
