Everything was great and with the overall service of the receptionist and the massage itself. I was able to use a coupon at checkout but I Just wanted to use a additional coupon in the end that I wasn't able to use and n was just a little dissastified with that being said . Everything else was great overall n I was really satisfied with.

Availability was limited.

Air conditioner set too low.. blowing cold air is not comfortable. Water fountains not operational.

There is always room for improvement.

It was good but a little rushed

More a availability on weekends... it took 3 weeks just to get a time slot for weekend. Also, print out the receipt when you are charging for extras, etc so people can see what the charges are for.

Although I get the sensitive skin treatment, my skin will still break out after the facial. I don't know if this is related to the heat and humidity of being outside after, but this is the second month i have noticed this.

Facial felt very generic.

Need more women massage people but I was satisfied overall will go back

There was a misunderstanding about date of my payment vs. date of the service. I scheduled it last month to be my service for this month. However the receptionist wanted to charge me full price. When I raised my concern, she was able to adjust my payment date. I was satisfied with her adjustment and she was polite, but it would have been better if I didn't have this problem.
