Just felt a little confused with why I only had one credit with the membership and it wasn't explained until after the massage.

Room was chilly

Both my mother and I had facials. We both felt the blackhead removal was VERY uncomfortable and showed little results. My technician used her fingers instead of a tool..I did not like that AT ALL!!!!

When I called to change my appt. I was told they would get to me to reschedule because they were getting coffee. I had to wait at least 15 minutes after my appt. time to be called

Pretty simple, it was by far the best massage I have had. Your services and business model are good. One major complaint is the upcharge for treatments such as the scalp massage with oil. If I'm paying extra (you did charge me extra) then the massage should last longer. I really don't know what I paid extra for....the massage was still only 55 min. I could've just asked the masseuse to rub my head and saved the $10-15 (can't remember actual upcharge amount).....right? To be clear, this service was during my very first massage, not the most recent.

it was my first massage and he used a very heavy pressure. since i did not know anything about massages i believe he should have used a light touch

The room and the massage therapist's hands were too cold. Otherwise, everything was great

I was a little disappointed with the peppermint scalp treatment. The esthecian did not really massage the scalp much and it did not seem at all worth the extra money

Session should be 60 min, not 50. While my therapist accommodated my personal requests, the consultation certainly was not 10 minutes long, or even close. I also do not like to feel pressured by upselling.

Service was adequate. Prices are high relative to other providers in the area. Hard to justify the price difference between guest and member.
