1st experience with a facial. Would've been more relaxing had I known what to expect. If I went back it would be much more enjoyable.

The cost of the massage (couples) seemed extravagant. I have a gift card I won from work that I was hoping to use to restart my membership, but apparently I can only use those funds for add-ons or extra massages, so it's going to take a lot longer to use this $400...

Scheduling took over a week because app isn't working and website login is down. Calling works but convenience of using app is preferred.

I prefer a female therapist and this is the second time I have ended up with a male therapist even though my preference was noted.
