Staff were kind and courteous. Aesthetician was AMAZING!

If it's true that you only pay your therapists $15 an hour, that's offensive. The culture of tip expectation, and signage on tipping reccomendations is bothersome. The therapists should be paid for their expertise, and it should be included in the price. Cody is an amazing therapist, and if he left I would cancel my membership. I would rather support independent therapists that get paid appropriately, rather than pay some higher ups salary. Cody is the only thing keeping me there.

Ever since I started my monthly visits, my face is looking super and feels very smooth. I really enjoy the warmed bed too. The fragrances of the products relaxes me.

I arrived very achey and left feeling revived and pain free. At no time did I feel pushed to the limit and was very relaxed the entire time.

I always have a pleasant experience at Hand and Stone. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The estheticians and massage therapists are knowledgeable and provide incredible services. The facilities are always clean and provide a calm and relaxing environment. I look forward to my monthly appointments. I also love the rewards program and the opportunity to earn upgrades and free services.

Cody is one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. He truly listens to your needs and customizes the massage to meet those needs.

Each time I come in for an appointment the receptionists are incredibly friendly and a joy to deal with. My therapist, Mary, is incredible, is always very knowledgeable and always checking in on pressure, relaxation, problems etc. Overall I couldn't ask for a better experience and look forward to each and every visit!
