I was amazed how fast I got an appointment and how friendly the staff was. I wasn't going to join a membership but when I was explained the program and the prices I felt it was very worthwhile and a bargain for the price. I like the point system and am most impressed how flexible the program is. The fact that you can hold your membership for three months twice a year is a real benefit. One never knows when a financial situation pops up. It seems Hand & Stone goes all out to satisfy their customers. Something rare in todays world. I am so happy with all that is offered. I will recommend this to all my friends.
