Michelle and Brandy at the reception desk always great me and make me feel very welcome. Pattie, my aesthetician, is very knowledgeable. We discuss the condition of my skin and what treatment I need. She explains what she is doing and the products she is using. I have sensitive skin and Pattie is very careful as to which products she uses.
