The receptionist and massage therapist was awesome at this appointment! Two of the best Ive ever had at all hand and stone locations. The receptionist helped me use up an extra package (which I was trying to do) by suggesting an enhancement that I never had before and it ended up being my new go to type of therapy (Himalayan salt stones). My massage therapist made sure I was comfortable at all times, was knowledgeable about the products and services I was getting, and was very friendly.

Alison was great! She was so attentive to my needs and goals from my facial appointment, and she recommended services and products that would help me achieve them. She was very sweet and kept me relaxed yet informed throughout the entire appointment. I can’t wait to see how she helps my skin in the next months leading up to my wedding!

My last experience was wonderful the 2 esthetician’s were great. However the massage therapist I had the last time was not good I will never book with her again. The message therapist I had last week was the best I have had anywhere. She addressed my issues and I felt great when I left. I have recommended her to others
