Therapist was friendly and did not try to upsell me. The facial was relaxing and included feedback about the condition of my skin.

The services, customer service is great and my therapist Judith was definitely the best and I become a member of Hand and Stone again because Judith I want my appointment just with her. She is a very kindly and she know what she is doing. Very nice ladie.

Jessica listened to what my problem areas were . She used great pressure and was knowledgeable.

Nicole is terrific! Wish she had more availability.

Anna did my facial the past 2 times, & I booked another facial with her next month. Her facials are excellent & her personality is warm, friendly & kind. Anna is the main reason I keep booking facials at Hand and Stone!

Massage was great. However very difficult to get appointments First one available for me was 2 months later and this with taking any Therapist. Not even picking a special one. Something really should be done about this

I went in for relief of my neck pain. Care was taken nor to increase that pain. Many suggestions were given to help relieve the pain.
