the rating was based upon the therapist who was excellent. In general I am not satisfied at all with the leadtime to make appointments. i think waiting 3-4 months is ridiculous. I have about 7 prepaid massages that I can't use because I can't find an available therapist. I am very likely to cancel my membership.

The staff is always very friendly at Hand and Stone. They also always determine the best facial service for that specific appointment since my skin is ever-changing.

Krystal is great! Friendly and gives a great massage. Just hard to book. I book my appointments 6 months out.

I had issue using the on-line appointment schedule so I called and they were wonderful at accomodating. Upon arrival, staff was wonderful at checking me in. Prompt and professional! Enjoyed my facial! It was wonderful!
