Hand and Stone

I went to my appointment feeling completely tense & stressed. I left my appointment feeling completely relaxed & refreshed. And for the first time in a week I got a good night’s sleep; with my skin looking plump & hydrated.

I enjoyed my facial at Hand and Stone. It was very relaxing. it was a nice change from my daily hectic schedule!

The receptionist was friendly and it was explained to me on how the therapist would assist me snd explain everything as she went along. I was made comfortable and it was just a relaxing experience . I have been in larger massage facilities where you were taken to a quiet room with others in it, which was to relax you and prepare your mind for the massage. Maybe your larger facilities have such a room.

The technician really knew what she was doing and was so friendly

My husband and I were greeted immediately upon entering by a friendly receptionist. We didn't wait long when Judy and Jane greeted us for our massages. We were very relaxed and satisfied with our visit.

Ease of online booking. The therapist was fantastic! She gave a better massage than I've had in a long time.

Waited FOUR months for facials and massages due to the lack of available appointments. Then we were informed our facials were canceled just days before our appointment. I understand that all businesses are struggling to hire and keep employees, but this was extremely disappointing. I feel more could have been done to accommodate us. The receptionists and masseuses were amazing. The ambiance was highly effective in creating a relaxing experience.

I look forward to having a massage from Jess! She is difficult to schedule with as she is typically always booked, but I completely understand why, SHE IS AMAZING!

I was gifted the massage. Dylan was fantastic. I've had several massages before. I would come back for him, no doubt.
