The ability to find an appointment in the near time and at a time that works for me was critical. Masseuse was attentive and addressed my concerns.

The other receptionist helped me with my online account which no other employee has been able to figure out in the last 2 years. Therapist was nice and did a great job.

Once again, I received a highly relaxing massage. Nicole is by far the best Massage Therapist at this location.

They called to reschedule my massage, but there wasn't availability for one. Instead, they scheduled me for a facial for the very next day. It was great !

H&S has been great, so much so that after booking my wife's membership, I also got one for me. The only issue is scheduling. The demand exceeds the supply so I often have to wait two months between massages. That's my only complaint because then it gets tricky paying for monthly membership each month and ensuring I'm using what I paid for.

It is always such a pleasant experience. My therapist, Ross, is outstanding in his technique; he customizes it each time for my needs. The receptionists are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I look forward to my visits each month!

I appreciate the question asked prior to going back for the massage where it asks if you’d like the massage therapist to wear a mask. Even though I am vaccinated and wear a mask, I prefer to have my massage therapist wear a mask as well. This question eliminates the awkward conversation between the client and massage therapist
