I really found a great massage therapist who has worked with me and focused on my areas I need reduced pain, stiffness. The staff have always been very friendly. I like the location. Rather than reward points I would prefer to have the option of half off aromatherapy or hot stone upgrades for example.

I highly enjoy my massages with Michael (he goes by Mickey) at the Gainesville, FL location. He is such a sweet and lovely individual. Always happy and enjoyable to receive a massage from. Tons of knowledge and always willing to go the extra mile to help relieve an ache and pain. He is fantastic and a gem at H&S. Front of house group are always super friendly and lovely to interact with.

The price is perfect. Being open on the weekend helps with scheduling. Staff is helpful finding the right person for you.

I felt very taken care of at H and S. I signed up for a bimonthly membership and appreciated all of the info at the front desk about how the memberships work. I enjoyed my massage. In the future I may ask for a bit more pressure, but I do know the person giving my massage had injured their neck and so that may have limited the amount of pressure they could apply at that time. I look forward to a future facial!
