The staff in front reception area are always friendly. The spa is always quiet and relaxing especially in the serenity waiting area. And I cannot say enough positive things about Tommy, my therapist. He is amazing!

As with every experience at hand and stone, the staff in reception are welcome and knowledgeable. Mickey was kind and focused on all of the areas that were problematic for me. Overall, the massage was wonderful and I left feeling better than I did when I walked in.

Relaxing experience, especially enjoyed the heated neck pillow in the serenity room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great services and I love giving gift cards as gifts. Prices have increase twice since I joined and I have been a loyal customer EVEN through Covid. I hate that I am limited in transferring my packages, but still love the services.

This was the first time I had a back to back appointments. First massage and then a facial. It was a wonderful experience that I might have to do more often.

The massage therapist was smart, helpful, knowledgeable and effective. Over the many years that I have had a monthly program, most of the massage therapists have left after I have had good massage results. Why? Do you not pay them enough? That is the reason that I have been disappointed.
