I was incorrectly billed for my tip but when I called to correct the error it was quickly resolved.my estetician was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her care.

Great customer service was displayed from entering to exiting.

The service was professional and personal. Everything was timely and great.

The service from start to finish was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and my massage was needed and Drue did an excellent job of getting me to relax definitely worth it

From walking through the doors, the staff were very welcoming getting me checked in and my paperwork filled out. The room was cery clean, and the lady doing my facial was very knowledgeable. She truely cared about helinh me achieve my skin goals.

I was SO pleased with my Hand and Stone Experience. It was super easy to book my massage online at the time I wanted. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and provided all relevant information when I had any questions. They offered additional services and membership details without pushing, and were overall very kind :) My therapist Lorraine was a master and I will be coming back!

Jahmaica was very detailed, her hands were light and relaxing, she gave me information about every product she was using so I would know the benefit, and she recommended other services that might be beneficial to me because of some problem areas on my face and things i was concerned with. 15/10 service!

My therapist was amazing. she focused on just the areas I asked and she didn’t talk during the massage. i do struggle to relax though so i’m going to bring headphones to meditate next time.
