The receptionists are always very friendly, whether over the phone or in person when I come in for my massage. Paris, at the Hyde Park location in Cincinnati, is the massage therapist that I typically go to and he is amazing! I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. He always pays special attention to my needs and points out any areas that are tense. He also gives me pointers and tips on what I can do after my session. He's the best!

I am always greeted warmly by smiling faces. I've been coming regularly for about 1.5 years now and have no reason to ever switch. Alexis is my massage therapist and one of the best I've experienced. She listens, checks with me during massage, has the perfect touch and is very kind. I couldn't ask for more.

I have my service by Erin Yost and she was amazing. Her tone of voice was extremely relaxing. She was gentle but firm enough that I could feel the lymphatic drainage and see nice contour of my face post facial.

My experiences at Hand and Stone are always wonderful. The receptionists are very kind and helpful, and Paris is a great masseuse. He always takes note of what I need and is clearly very knowledgeable. I always walk out relaxed with significantly less knots and pain than I went in with.

The receptionists are always kind and offer me a glass of water or tea each visit. They make rescheduling at the end of my session very easy. Erin is an incredible esthetician, she always listens to my concerns and offers great advice. She does not pressure me to purchase or add expensive treatments, but is honest about what will help and why.
