Lydia was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and walked me through everything she was doing, while also constantly checking in. She gave me a lot of recommendations on how to continue to take care of my skin after the appointment. Lydia is very friendly and made the experience really nice!

I've had a pinched nerve in my neck for the past two weeks. Being able to get in the same day was a lifesaver! Ryan did my deep tissue massage, and he was AMAZING. By the time I left, I could tell a HUGE difference - the pain was pretty much gone!

I think the price is just right. I like to have a budget for self-care and I feel like the price point makes it affordable. Although, I feel like one more price increase will make me question if I can budget it.
