Walking in the massage room I felt very relaxed and comfortable. My therapist checked in frequently in regards to pressure during the massage and was overall professional.

I was greeted in a friendly manner when I walked in the front door, which I have become accustomed to when i go to Hand and Stone. I was brought into my massage room in 5 minutes which isn't a a long wait at all. I was also very relaxed and relieved of my aches and pains when my massage was finished. Two thumbs up.
