Hand and Stone

I really enjoyed my experience. Overall the environment and staff at Hand and Stone were calming and welcoming. I was most impressed with how well my appointment time was kept, one of my biggest pet peeves is having to make an appointment then sitting around long after the scheduled time.

I had a lovely experience from beginning to end. I do not enjoy the amount of emails coming to me.

Kaylee was awesome. She was very nice and did an awesome job especially when I requested to focus on my shoulders, neck and back. I plan on requesting her next time!

Erin was very kind, professional and efficient in teaching me about my skin issues and helping me understand the different options that were available to me. She listens very well, and seems excellent at facials.

I really enjoyed my service in regards to my facial. It was very relaxing and my aesthetician was very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I definitely saw an improvements to my face the last few times I have been here. I love being a member here at Hand and Stone!

I was most appreciative of the welcome staff and therapists for their attentiveness when explaining some of my special needs as I have vestibular migraines and Menier’s disease and often unexpectedly experience dizziness.
