Very friends staff. Extremely attentive to paying attention to my problem areas. I personally did not like the Himalayan salt stone massage and prefer getting just a deep tissue/Swedish massage but it was nice to try.

The staff is always so welcoming and kind. The start of my appointment was a little late, but they still made sure I got my whole time. The massage therapists are always amazing. The entire ambiance there couldn’t be better

My esthetician was very knowledgeable when it came to the correct products to treat my skin. I love the ambience at Hand & Stone. Even though most of your products are pretty overpriced and I cannot afford them, I was lucky enough to have a gift card. But you may want to consider giving senior citizens a discount on your services. Not just talking 5-10 % here. I am also a first responder who is retiring soon. So if your products are too expensive for those of us who are healthcare professionals, they are overpriced for many people. You shouldn’t just cater to the wealthy.

The ladies at reception were very friendly. The waiting area is pretty, clean, and allows for space between guests seats. Jaymes is always friendly and professional. He asks questions and confirms the service before we start.
