Erin, the esthetician, was very knowledge about various skin conditions and products that target specific conditions. We discussed at length various provides that would benefit my skin and my specific problem areas. She wrote down different products I could try, but was not trying to only sell me products sold Hand and Stone. She focused more on specific ingredients I should be looking for and why. It was also clear she had looked at my prior appointments for facials and could provide her recommendation for services that would compliment what I've already received. She was very friendly too.

I'm always greeted by name and everyone at reception area is friendly. Alexis is friendly, efficient and very skilled. She listens carefully and addresses my problem areas. Bonus happiness, when you walk in the place smells fresh and inviting !

Sharon is an amazing massage therapist with a strong but soothing touch and she made me feel so relaxed and at ease!

Audrey is wonderful. She really makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied with everything. She always asks if your having any issues with any areas or any areas of concern. She knows me enough to know what I need and help with.

Reception staff was extremely attentive and friendly the moment I walked in the door. Lydia was exactly on time for my appointment and is always extremely helpful in answering my questions and making recommendations for my next appointment.
