The reception staff is always friendly and professional, which starts the whole experience off on the right foot. My therapist is always on time and I have always had a a great massage at Hand and Stone. My therapist always asks what I am looking to accomplish during the visit and takes the time to listen to what problem areas I have. I look forward to continuing my membership there.

I had a reoccurring back problem. I use to go to a hand and stone in Chicago and stopped going due to a move. I finally went in and so glad I did. The therapist taught me. few stretches and also helped release the stress in my back. Thank you for helping me get better

The massage therapist relieved the stiffness and lessened pain in my arm and shoulder! I appreciate that he showed me some stretches to do at home. The desk staff explained the membership option clearly and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
