Everyone at Hand and Stone was amazing! Kelly took the time to explain the different type of facials and products and what would be best for my skin. She was so kind and truly wanted what was best for me. I could not give her a higher review! So extremely satisfied with the service and really looking forward to coming in every month!

Ryan is the very best massage therapist, bar none! He also gives me tips to do at home, and explains and visualizes them and why I should do them and how often. I book monthly with him, and each and every visit, he blows my expectations out of the water on his care and my needs - which are a lot! my back is a hot mess! Thanks!!!!

Stella and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and professional. I attempted to schedule at the Eastgate location because it is now closer to my residence. However, there were a lot of scheduling issues, but I'm glad I ended back at the Oakley location.

Friendliness of staff

This experience was great. The person I normally see it was not available and the receptionist recommended this person based on my request for similar skills with pressure and knowledge. I was pleased at the availability she had open as well as her understanding of my most desired areas to be addressed. Everyone was very friendly per usual.
