I was really happy with the massage itself, which is the main thing. The therapist really spent time on areas that needed it.

The front desk staff is courteous and friendly, which starts my visit off right. Jaymes is very friendly and responsive when addressing my trouble areas. He makes suggestions for add ons and checks in to make sure I am comfortable throughout the massage.

I love that they want to tailor your massage to your specific needs. Pains versus stress tend to be different massages. I also liked that she noticed my hips being all out of order and gave me advice on how to help realign them
