The staff was super professional. I loved the vibe of the lobby and rooms. Stella was awesome and took care of me. The desk staff informed me of memberships but were not pushy.

Cleanliness of facility. Knowledge of my aesthetician. Everyone was very friendly

The receptionists were welcoming. It’s always great to chat with Chloe. Melissa is a great massage therapist. It was my first time with her, and I already booked my second appt with her. Jayla (sorry if I misspelled her name) is so friendly. It’s always great interacting with her. Even though I didn’t interact with Natalie and Becca this most recent time, I did on 4/22, so I also want to give them a shout-out because they deserve it. They were both warm and welcoming and Natalie was very helpful.

As soon as you walk in, the ambience of the place is just so welcoming and relaxing. It sets the mood for whatever services you plan on getting. Melissa has been my masseuse for a while now and I have no reason to go to anyone else. I love "Hand & Stone" and my masseus!

Dawn is one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. She is timely and listens to your needs. I always leave feeling more relaxed and way less tense than when I arrive. I recommend her to everyone. Specifically her. My husband also goes to her and we refuse to see anyone else.
