Audrey is wonderful. She always knows where I need the most work and takes care of those needs even if I don't. She is always so relaxing and puts me at ease and makes me feel important. She never hurries me or rushes me. She is a great asset to your company.

The Himalayan salt stone massage was excellent, and my therapist was very attentive, skilled and professional.

Erin was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything that she was doing. She guided me in the right direction for what I wanted accomplished. She also wrote down directions for how to use the products that I purchased.

Ryan knew areas that where needing extra attention without even mentioning additional problems. I gave him a general area with being a runner that are overworked. He identified other areas that were needing attention without me informing him. I was impressed with his professional but personable care during my session. I do not get the opportunity to TLC my self with four kids and busy schedules! I would highly recommend stepping into a world of relaxation to recover from everyday life stresses. The ambiance, options, and overall customer service were great - truly professional. Things to improve - emphasize the importance of being there 20 min before to get the full 60 I paid for, have essential oils in the massage butter for overall experience, and turn the “foot treatment” into expert acupressure - not foot scrub... that was weird. Also, give option to choose massage pressure on the mobile registration form.

Spa was inviting and welcoming. The entire massage was relaxing. I came away feeling relaxed and less stressed.

Audrey and the two women working the front reception space were awesome. They were kind, welcoming, and warm. I was so happy with my visit that I decided to join the monthly membership. Audrey was knowledgeable and personalized my massage to fit my needs. I can't wait to go back and try the Himalayan salt stone massage with CBD as recommended by the ladies in the front!

Eric, did a great job! I had a couple tight spots in my back that he focused on like I asked! He also showed me a couple stretches to get my shoulder and side more relaxed!
