Friendly staff, prices are competitive if not cheaper. Kelly was exceptional she is a great asset to Hand and Stone. My first time meeting her and I will say she has perfected her craft. She's AWESOME. I will be returning monthly for a facial.

The therapist listened well and added her expertise to my comments to deliver just what I needed. I don't know that I will need a different pressure level but it seems odd to me that the same therapist would not be able to provide the full range of pressure from light to deep tissue. I may have misunderstood the information provided in selecting a therapist. I had a great experience.

Kelly is a wonderful esthetician. I booked my appointment with Lauren and I appreciate how she realized that I could use my points to book a facial. The staff (Chloe and other folks whose name I don’t know) was warm and welcoming, as always.

The therapist I saw did a great job working on the areas I specified, and hygiene precautions were taken to keep each other safe. It was a great reminder as to why I got the membership to begin with—covid really put a dampener on things.

I appreciated the warm welcome, the offering of hot tea/water, the paperwork being online, the beauty of the room, the facial, and the results. My therapist was wonderful.

I have been very satisfied with the massage therapist that I have had the last few visits that I have had. I really like Lucy for my facial and will be getting another facial from her on Friday this week. The location of this Hand and Stone is convenient for me. I also like being able to give some of my appointments to my daughter and grandkids as gifts.
