Jaymes is always a pleasure to interact with. He's friendly and excellent at what he does. The staff on the front desk last night were particularly friendly and personable. I felt welcome and comfortable. Each experience has been good and I've already recommended Hand & Stone to several friends resulting in at least one membership.

I am an anxious person and Ryan has done an amazing job helping me relax and feel comfortable during my massage. He makes me feel comfortable enough to talk about the pain I feel and I don’t feel like I am being judged. He also gives wonderful suggestions for stretches to do at home to help relieve pain.

Jaydra is amazing! She is the best, and the reason I keep my membership! The location of the salon works for me.

Liked that all COVID-19 precautions were taken, on-line forms, use of masks. Overall an excellent experience. I did not avail of massage services for the last 9 months and I regret it.
