Friendly service, skin is glowing afterwards, tips on how to improve my skin, some slight pressure for additional purchases was the only not positive thing

For my first professional massage, Hand & Stone was amazing. The ambiance of both the waiting room and the massage room was very calming. The masseuse was very nice and respectful, concluding with helpful tips to help stay relaxed afterwards.

Audrey, the massage therapist is amazing!! I’ve been going to her regularly for almost a year. She is super friendly and also professional. The staff is also friendly and make booking easy or address any other questions I have. The price is super reasonable, especially for everything I add on to my service. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.

Therapist is knowledgeable of my needs. She focuses on areas in most needs of releasing tension. Ambiance is outstanding and therapist is helpful for relaxation. Very enjoyable experience.

Quick entry. Replaced a mask for me,when mine broke. Have been able to schedule with same therapist. Love the 80 minute massage.

Took a short break to clean up some financial stuff. Re-upped my membership at the end of last week and went for a massage, yesterday. Sooooo glad I did. I missed you guys. A lot. Melissa (my therapist) is aaaaaamazing. The gals at the front desk were awesome; I walked in at 6:15 and they both bellowed "Hello, Miss Joy!!!". Made me feel great. And when i called to reinstate my membership (last week) Natalie did a great job explaining the gift card BOGO sale and i made a purchase. Thank you (all!) for everything. I'll see you soon.

Audrey is very good I wish I got more discounts and the front desk understand the gift card process better. It’s just weird Cant say enough about Audrey. She is excellent
