My experience was great I had to wait about 15 minutes however the facial was very good and she did a nice job with the facial waxing as well

When you get the hot stones, it seems like a lot of time is lost by the person going back and forth to get stones, replace the cold ones, etc. It’s not very comforting to have hot stones on you then removed for 45 seconds- makes you very cold!

Massage therapist was knowledgeable and did a great job. She listened to my areas of concern and offered feedback following massage for additional benefit

The employees were very friendly and courteous, i would definitely refer hand and stone to friends and family and the product are very good and made my skin feel very clean and smooth.

Appointments were available short notice. Everyone was friendly. I enjoyed my services. The esthetician was gentle and concerned about comfort level. I enjoyed the products used by Dermalogica.

My therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me through my options for the session and really listened. She also made sure I got my full session's time worth, which I really appreciated as they were a little behind.

Also, the massage therapist was Excellent. Kailey is wonderful, easy to talk with, friendly and shows great knowledge in the field of massage therapy and customer service. I definitely plan to visit and schedule a massage with her, again. She was professional and paid attention to details in regards of my targeted areas. This is important!
