I was highly satisfied with every single team member. The receptionist was exceptional. The masseuse was exceptional and the aesthetician was exceptional. All of them showed professionalism.

I appreciate the kindness and patience of the staff everyone is so welcoming and nice and the prices are very fair and affordable to me.

i recently switched locations from Broomall to Brookhaven. I like this location better. Everyone is more friendly and I like that it's a larger location as well, there seems to be more time slots available.

The receptionist are always welcoming and knows you by name. I like how they tell me new offerings at Hand and Stone like the cyro. I’m always pleased when I visit hand and stone and would recommend for all my friends.

The staff make sure to call me to get me on a schedule with my massage therapist

Theresa was fantastic! Not the most talkative, but her attentiveness was great, and her approach to the massage was just perfect. She hit all the spots I requested with just the right amount of pressure, and I left feeling really wonderful.

Not only is my massage therapist able to find and treat my sore spots, she is also caring and compasionate

The therapist is always on time and very good at applying just the right amount of pressure. The spa feels friendly though I would appreciate more recognition for my loyalty and the amount of $$ my family spends at the spa

Ally is amazing. I came in on my break at work and I was so stressed and anxious. She got to work and quickly had me calm and in a great headspace. She also addressed all my neck and back issue with such care. She’s the absolute best!
