It was easy to book an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The reception staff was very friendly and explained safety measures in detail. My therapist was knowledgeable and attended to my specific needs.

I've never had a bad experience here. I've had multiple therapists and they all are great in their own way. I look forward to booking more appointments in the future.

I made appointments for myself and my husband. We had to reschedule due to a medial issue and the staff were so helpful at accommodating the change. Prior to my appointment, I appreciated the emails, texts and phone call reminders. On the day of our massages, upon entering Hand and Stone, the staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The massage therapist was terrific, taking the time to discuss my reason for visiting, any problem areas, how much pressure I wanted, etc. Throughout the massage, she checked in with me to make sure everything was good. When leaving, the desk staff were again helpful with the checking out process. I also loved how it was decorated for Christmas in July. Excellent experience and my husband and I will definitely be back!

I was highly satisfied with every single team member. The receptionist was exceptional. The masseuse was exceptional and the aesthetician was exceptional. All of them showed professionalism.

I appreciate the kindness and patience of the staff everyone is so welcoming and nice and the prices are very fair and affordable to me.

i recently switched locations from Broomall to Brookhaven. I like this location better. Everyone is more friendly and I like that it's a larger location as well, there seems to be more time slots available.

The receptionist are always welcoming and knows you by name. I like how they tell me new offerings at Hand and Stone like the cyro. I’m always pleased when I visit hand and stone and would recommend for all my friends.

Theresa was fantastic! Not the most talkative, but her attentiveness was great, and her approach to the massage was just perfect. She hit all the spots I requested with just the right amount of pressure, and I left feeling really wonderful.
