She is always on time/prompt, has bubbly and cheerful personality, is technically strong and able to cater to my various skin conditioning needs, and she gives out of her way to create most relaxing experience.

Gretchen is very knowledgeable with the human anatomy, and talks you through questions or concerns. She is a phenomenal therapist, pressure is good, she mad me fall asleep.

The receptionist was beyond friendly and welcoming and super helpful in sorting out my various gift cards. I wish I had gotten her name. We dont get great, friendly, happy to help service like that anymore.
