I was very satisfied with my experience because I did not have to wait long for my service. The attendance, Allie, did a good job attending to my more needed areas of pain or discomfort, but didn’t over so it. She was very pleasant, and that means a lot to me.

I absolutely love this spa, the staff is incredibly nice and super accommodating. The massages always make me feel nice and relaxed, the masseuse always makes sure I'm comfortable and feeling good. My facials always improve my skin and the aesthetician is sure to tell me the progress of my skin while also giving me recommendations.

The staff at Hand & Stone were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole place was very clean, and I felt very relaxed from the moment that I arrived. My therapist listened to my issues and treated them.

The people at the desk are cordial and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing. My aesthetician was lovely and made me feel very comfortable.

The facial I had with Regina is the best facial I have ever had. Regina is so personable, professional & made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. Very willing to use the fragrance I preferred in the products applied to my skin.

I thought Joshua did an excellent job. He asked me about temperature, pressure, etc, and responded appropriately and immediately to my needs

Joshua gave me the best massage I have ever had. The pressure was just right, which is a bit tricky for me as I have inflammatory arthritis.
