Making the appt was a little bit of an issue as per availaility but other than that, good experience from start to finish.

Every time I come to hand and stone I always feel welcomed. The place is always clean and my facials and massage always start on time.

all the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable - the always gret and ask how I am doing etc. My massage therapist Tiana - nothing I can say except she is s gem!!!
