I have had a membership for quite some time. This is my primary location and I am always satisfied with the atmosphere and cleanliness. I book online based upon my schedule week to week and am usually able to book an appointment easily enough. One suggestion I would offer is to make it easier to log in on the website. I find I have to select the book an appointment button, then input my zip code first and then pick my spa location and then I am presented a chance to login and book an appointment. Seems like you could simply log in.

Gerry was phenomenal. She spent extra time with me and was very intentional with the way she took care of me. She was genuine and kind and very good at what she does! The pressure was perfect.

My therapist is very knowledgeable about my specific health issues. She is always on point assisting me with my problem areas. Massage therapy is saving my life right now.

Connivence of location and like the friendliness of staff.

My Esthetician was Tiffany Love. After coming in back in May and having a really bad experience with my facial (The estethician had awful onion breath and didn't listen to my skin issues) I decided to come back one more time and use the rest of my gift card from Mother's Day. I was not expecting much because of how dissatisfied I was in May. Tiffany was AMAZING!!!!!!! I wish I had gotten Tiffany at my first appointment. First of all, I have never seen my skin look and glow the way it did after she was done. She is a wealth of knowledge and talked to me about my skin routine and what would be best based on my problem areas. She recommended services that would be helpful in the future, and she even helped teach me the proper steps of applying serums and oils and moisturizer etc. She recommended products. Most of all, I felt like she was truly passionate about what she does and really cared. When I came in May, it just felt like an awful business transaction. Thank you so much Tiffany for making me feel so pretty and truly caring!!! I am so grateful!!!

My therapist was fantastic! She made sure she knew exactly what I was wanting from the service and provided it! The tension in my back is so much better! I will for sure be back!

The environment is relaxing and the people are friendly. I leave feeling relaxed and happy. I alternate using my credits for facials or massages and enjoy them both.

Tara is a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable therapist. She always remembers my trouble areas and focuses well on relieving my pain. She also focuses on relaxation as well, resulting in an overall satisfying and professional massage. I always rebook with her.
