The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in process and filling out questionnaires is easy and streamlined. Tara was amazing and worked on the areas I specifically mentioned having issues with. I was so incredibly relaxed after my massage, and had been so tense at the beginning. It was overall a great experience.
