J very satisfied with Middletown DE. I always go there and make appt before I Leave However i was upset to find out that at your Kirkwood DE site two of my gift certificates were stolen and they do not answer their phone or return calls Not sure if anybody reads these but what is your policy stolen gift certificates ???
