I was very satisfied, the therapist named Gina was very good and I recommend her. I attended the middletown de location.

I called to schedule and the receptionist understood my schedule needs and preference for therapist. My therapist is highly skilled in detecting areas in need of attention. She has a calm and patient approach to massage.

I arrived early and had an easy check in and no wait before meeting my therapist. My massage therapist Gerald was friendly and did an amazing job of communicating just enough through out the massage. The check out and tipping process was just as easy. It’s why I love hand and stone.

From the time you walk in the door you are greeted by name and welcomed in for your appointment. The receptionist is very friendly, sets up my next appointment and asks if you need anything. The establishment is very clean and relaxing.

The massage tech was pleasant. She asked questions prior to my massage to target certain areas. I felt relaxed once I left.

I booked my first appointment with Hand & Spa because my girlfriend told me I needed it and she had an extra massage. I was extremely satisfied with the service, price, masseuse and her knowledge. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I actually joined last night and can't wait to schedule my next massage.
