The staff was very friendly. They were very good at what they did and knowledgeable with medical issues. The place was very clean and taken care of.

This is my third time here and I already can't wait for my fourth. My aesthetician Julie, is very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. I came in last Sunday a bit stressed and crazy, all that it took to make me comfortable was being in Julie's hands. She knew what I needed and her soothing touch made my time there relaxing. Thank you Julie for such a good visit. My face and neck are starting to change for the better and that is what I expected from Hand & Stone. But I got so much more, a friend named Julie that I look forward to seeing every month. The front desk girls were great and very friendly. I highly recommend the monthly package deal! Thank you Hand & Stone for your my great experiences!

From the time I walked in, to the time I left. Everything was great. The staff at the receptionist desk were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Sammie was terrific! I've had several massages over the years and she is definitely one of the best. I'll be returning based on my first experience.

Great massage. I enjoyed the added foot treatment. My recommendation would be to have music playing loud enough to enjoy and possibly some aromatherapy scents to help with relaxation.

I am presently a member of another location, this location is closer to home and I was happy when you opened! I had many questions regarding transferring my membership and using existing packages and was very well informed by the staff. I was welcomes as if a member and advised how to proceed with the gift cards and services I had. This is a better location for me so thank you for moving to Middletown!!
